Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

Transcona Veterinary Hospital is only able to allow for orders to be delivered to home.

These deliveries are sent through Purolator.  

Orders will be delivered 2-3 business days to the address on your account. To see when your order will arrive, check your purolator tracking number for more accurate details on delivery.   Deliveries will not be made over the weekends. 

Please be sure to confirm that the shipping address is entered correctly. 

*Transcona Veterinary Hospital and Purolator are not responsible for packages that do not get delivered to the correct address*

Transcona Veterinary Hospital and Purolator are not responsible for orders stolen, frozen, melted, wet, or otherwise compromised when shipped to home. It is expected someone to be home for the delivery. 

Shipping costs are based on the products size, weight, and distance to be delivered.  Total shipping charges are automatically calculated during Checkout prior to completing your order.

Shipping fees cannot be refunded.

Standard Shipping is available across all Canadian provinces. Some restrictions apply to specific locations. Shipments to rural addresses may exceed the standard shipping delivery window and may not be available for Ship to Home. Shipments are not available to post office box addresses.
